External shot blasting / wire brushing
Removing all external paint, rust, and contaminants for a clear view.
Weighing & Hydrostatic Stretch Test (HST)
Pressurizing the cylinder to test its structural integrity and elasticity.
Ultrasonic Flow Detection Test
Using advanced ultrasonic waves to find invisible flaws or cracks.
Internal drying (hot air process)
Completely removing all moisture to prevent internal corrosion.
Stamping & valve re-installation
Marking the cylinder with its new test date and re-fitting the valve.
Cylinder leak testing & cascade painting
Final safety checks followed by a fresh coat of paint for protection.
